  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta.

  2. Meanwhile, add to the mixer:

    • stale bread

    • pistachios

    • parsley

    • a light grating of orange peel

    Blend until you obtain a granular consistency: your aromatic breadcrumbs .

  3. Pour extra virgin olive oil into a pan (be generous πŸ˜‰), add the breadcrumbs and toast them until golden brown.
    As soon as it changes color, set it aside.

  4. In the same pan, add the chopped dried tomatoes with a little of their oil and heat gently.

  5. Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the pan.
    Let them flavor for a few seconds, then add the crunchy breadcrumbs.

  6. Mix well and serve immediately.
