We offer fresh egg pasta with an authentic flavor, made with 20% fresh eggs and 100% Sicilian durum wheat flour. Our dried fresh pasta is also ideal for preparing gourmet dishes, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and intense flavor.

All our pasta is made exclusively with Sicilian durum wheat flour. Bronze-drawing, a distinctive feature of artisanal production, gives the pasta a rough surface that perfectly holds sauces and condiments, enhancing every recipe.
