In 1970, he launched this business with dedication and a love for the craft, laying the foundation for the creation of unique products. Among these, "Il Pacicoto" stands out, a cheese born from the will and commitment of the entire dairy staff. This product was carefully conceived, combining ancient traditions and modern techniques.

"Il Pacicoto" stands out for its soft and delicate texture, enriched with regular holes, making it perfect for satisfying the palates of the younger ones and reawakening memories in the older ones. In the 1970s and 1980s, it was known as "U formaggio du pacicoto," a name that today captures the essence of our history and our connection to the region.
