REAL SALT is a whole sea salt, produced in our Trapani salt mines. It features crystals with a grain size of approximately 2 mm and is obtained by grinding salt by salt in stainless steel presses, maintaining the natural balance of trace elements essential for a healthy diet. In addition to sodium chloride, our salt contains a range of minerals our bodies need.

Riserva del Mare whole salt has a unique and intense flavor, is easily absorbed by the body, promotes an alkaline pH, and detoxifies. Thanks to its salting power, the amount needed is significantly lower than other industrial salts, significantly reducing the onset of certain conditions such as hypertension, arterial plaque, concentration problems, memory loss, and acidosis.

Our product is a gourmet whole salt, so it's also used by leading chefs, pizza makers, and bakers who select quality ingredients and raw materials for their creations. One of the distinguishing features of whole salt is its moisture content, which is provided by magnesium.

Real Trapani finely ground salt is recommended for salting pasta water and also for seasoning salads, first courses, and main courses. The complete box contains 12 1-kg bags of finely ground whole salt.
