Salted Sardines represent one of the oldest preserves in the Sicilian seafood tradition. Selected at the freshest moment and processed by hand, they are arranged in layers and covered with natural sea salt , according to the traditional preservation method.
The salt-cured process gives the meat an intense aroma, a firm consistency, and a bold flavor , perfect for enhancing typical Mediterranean dishes.
