Salted Tuna is a traditional specialty obtained from the processing of selected fillets of Mediterranean bluefin tuna , according to artisanal practices that have their roots in the culture of ancient tuna fisheries.

After salting, the tuna undergoes a controlled curing process in specially designed environments, capable of reproducing ideal microclimates for a slow and natural transformation. This process enhances the flavor of the fish, maintaining a firm texture and intense aromatic profile.

The result is a product with a strong and enveloping character , free from preservatives or additives, designed for those seeking authentic flavours and traditional processes .
